The Neurorehabilitation Service Vithas vithas Hospital has a long track record in the application and research of new technologies applied to improving the quality of care of people with brain damage and with intense activity of its team of researchers in congresses, clinical trials and publications in journals, which has now been expanded with the following European projects:

tools4braing

The project “TOOLS4BRAIN. Providing training and policy resource for well-prepared formal and informal caregivers of brain-injured patients in Europe “granted in November 2017 by the European Union within its Erasmus + projects. Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange for Good practices | Strategic partnership for adult Education aims to develop an app and a manual of good practices for the care of people with Acquired Brain Damage, in different languages.

The general objective of the DoCMA project is to improve international research regarding altered states of consciousness (EAC) by strengthening collaboration among the different project participants by sharing scientific knowledge and applied techniques for patients in EAC.

EarlyBrain is a European ERASMUS+ project that consists of the development of educational content that addresses developmental disorders in children aged 0 to 6 years. Through a series of stories, different situations that these children usually face will be shown. The stories will also include didactic guides, in audiobook format, which will serve to increase the competences, skills and strategies of both their families and the professionals in their environment (educators, teachers, psychologists, social workers, therapists…) and which will help them to improve their daily care and attention.
